Responding to the call from our 1,600+ community members to dive deeper into intersectionality, we invite you to join us at the Intersectional Women Leaders & Allyship Summit. Taking place on 17-18 June in Naarm/ Melbourne, this Summit brings together emerging and established leaders, advocates, and allies to drive meaningful change in leadership and employment outcomes for women from diverse backgrounds—including but not limited to CALD, CARM, First Nations, migrant, LGBTIQA+, and disability communities.

With diverse women facing multiple forms of marginalisation and a lack of leadership visibility, it is crucial to create opportunities that support and uplift leadership pathways. Considering the growing DEI backlash and increasing uncertainty for marginalised communities, it is more important than ever for leaders and organisations to commit to driving measurable, lasting impact for diverse women in leadership.

Be equipped with the insights, strategies, and practical tools needed
to create inclusive change. The Summit will explore key topics such as breaking systemic and leadership barriers, building leadership toolkits, embracing complexity and driving inclusive change, creating pathways and empowering career progression, and transforming workplace culture while championing allyship. Designed to accelerate leadership growth, career advancement, and inclusive workplace cultures, this is your opportunity—whether as an intersectional leader, advocate, or ally—to step up and drive meaningful change.

We look forward to seeing you this June.
